- If you were born in Korea and acquired a Foreign citizenship after immigrating to a foreign country or through adoption, you are eligible to apply for an F4 visa. If you were born abroad or if one of your parents holds a foreign citizenship you are eligible to apply for an F4 visa as well.

- (1) If you have had Korean nationality and acquired foreign nationality.
- (2) If your parent(s) or grandparent with Korean nationality have acquired foreign nationality.
