Who is this program for? For students who have finished our basic program and for those who have used English in some form or another within the last three months. What are the levels of the students? Students should know their basic grammar and how to use it to make broken sentences. Student’s writing/reading/listening should be of intermediate level. What is the goal of this course? Through this course the students will become more comfortable when speaking English and use their current vocabulary to form short broken sentences. English usage Teachers should use as much English in the classroom as possible (80-90% English). Areas to focus on when teaching Students should know their grammar, but the teacher should focus more on the application of grammar in actual conversation. This is should not be a grammar intensive- class. How much time do I need to spend preparing and what type of material should I prepare for each class? Most teachers spend anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour per lesson.
